Description

This fully automatic system consists of a standard Challenger (circa 2008) mass measured pet pack baler with pneumatically operated bomb door weigh hopper and hydraulic Load, compress, door and eject functions. The bales are delivered to the standard specification Form, fill and seal (automatic wrapping) machine.

The baler is supplied with integrated HMI touch screen controls and a 30 kW hydraulic power pack with all interconnecting hoses.

The system is supplied with an inclined belt conveyor assembly driven by a shaft mounted geared motor unit with variable speed and controls integrated into the main baler panel.

There is no dust extraction system included.

The machine has been processing 1.0kg to 2.0 kg straw and hay bales with a nominal bale size of – 300 mm wide x 130 mm high x 400 mm to 450 mm long. This machine is capable of producing in the region of 240 bales per hour.
