This Richmond Expander has not worked for some time but it is in a reasonable condition and is certainly heavy duty.

The Expander is mounted on a sub-frame and comes complete with a remote hydraulic power unit.

This Expander can be used either alone as a semi or in a production line as a fully automatic machine.

Basically it has a series of heavy-duty formers to mechanically expand inside standard open top 205-litre capacity steel drums to remove dents in the drums’ circumference.
