This equipment consists of a standard Challenger LMS (circa 1999) volumetric baler with horizontal compress and eject functions for producing woodshavings bales to be ejected into a pre-formed plastic bag.

The baler is supplied complete with galvanised holding hoppers which bolt onto the main fabrication above the compression chamber. A 3rd extension hopper with integrated rotary valve is also included within the scope of supply.

The machine is supplied with a local push button control panel mounted to the main frame with all interconnecting cabling and limit switches etc. The 22kw hydraulic power unit is neatly located onto the fabrication and is supplied with all interconnecting hoses and hydraulic valves.

Originally designed and manufactured to produce a 25kg nominal bale with nominal bale dimensions of approximately 780mm x 430mm x 330mm and a throughput rate of up to 80 bales per hour.
