This semi-automatic machine consists of a Ken Mills manufactured petpack baler with integrated manual weigh scale, vertical compression and horizontal eject functions.
The baler is supplied with a local control panel as shown below and a hydraulic power pack with all interconnecting
hoses.
The semi-automatic Pet Pack baler utilises a simple control system:
- Operators weigh the material on an integral weigh scale before sweeping the material into the hinged bale chamber door.
- The door is closed and the machine which triggers the vertical compression and automatic eject.
- The eject pushes the bale held in the bale chute out into a pre-formed bag.
- Whilst the compress and eject functions are in operation the operator will be weighing the next batch of material and therefore providing a continuous flow of bales.
Nominal internal chute dimensions are – 180mm wide x 260mm high x 450mm long.
Capable of producing 3 to 4 bales per minute.
