A complete range of hydraulic hose and assemblies are offered from ISN through to R13 multi spiral and are available in bore sizes ¼”NB and 2″NB. The complete range of BSP, JIC, METRIC, NPT, ORFS and SAE flange swaged ends are available from stock in both mild steel and 316L stainless steel. In addition, we offer pressure testing of hydraulic hose assemblies, with pressure up to 830 Bar.
A full range of adaptors are in stock and available, including BSP, JIC, METRIC, NPT and SAE in all configurations. All fittings are available in mild steel and 316L stainless steel. In addition, a range of Dowty seals and O rings are available to complement the range.
Additionally, our range includes SAE3000 and SAE6000 flange connections, socket weld in both 3000 psi and 6000 psi, as well as butt weld fittings for rigid hydraulic service lines. Mild steel and 316L stainless steel versions are available to suit your application.
We stock a full range of DIN2391/C cold drawn hydraulic tubing in both mild steel and 316L stainless steel, from 4mm O/D to 42mm O/D. To complement this, a full range of Stauff tube clamps are available in polypropylene, polyamide and aluminium.
A selection of high and low pressure valves are available from our stock, including 500 bar ball valves, low pressure ball and gate valves, non return valves and anti-hose burst valves. A variety of terminations including BSP, NPT, SAE and DIN2353 compression ends are available. A selection of pressure gauges are also available.
Mining Safety Approved Hose Protection Sleeves are dense but not bulky for optimum UV and abrasion protection. These sleeves are effective in reducing the concentrated stream of pinhole leaks with a high degree of burst resistance and good leakage containment.
Spiral Wrap Hose Protector, commonly known as Hose Spiral Guard or Hose Wrap, is suitable for the protection of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial hose assemblies across a wide range of industries.
